$1,000,000 for 100,000,000 shares that never happened.

In 2012 We met an individual who was by all aspects legit and had many dealings filed with the SEC. After many declines to others we decided SOMETHING had to be done to move GNGR. We had a low float of only 8,505,450 shares (Not even CLOSE for liquidity). We were offered a deal that GNGR would get $1,000,000 if we issued them 100,000,000 restricted shares. Easy to do just get a cert send it them and GNGR gets $1,000,000 expansion capital RIGHT! Not so fast.
-
As the few bucks that trickled in as we watched GNGR rise up and up too as high as $.23 per share. We eventually were told ALL the shares are GONE. I said OK where is our $1,000,000? They replied YOU want the money issue them MORE shares. They wanted 100,000,000 more, then another and another probably adding up to the entire 4,5000,000,000 to the float (That is dilution) I declined and we never heard from him again. Without the capital promised we could not expand and now we had an additional 100,000,000 in the float.

We were right back to where we were a few months earlier but with 108,505,450 in the float and a sinking share price. Without someone pumping an OTC stock, there is little chance it will ever be seen or spoken about and almost always it lies on the STOP sign till one day when maybe laws change.
-
Soon after we were DUPED, the individual did it again with another company only this time they got caught and are facing up to 20 years in jail. No help to GNGR, we did not get the $1,000,000 and we were out the 100,000,000 shares. I calculated the pump of our 100,000,000 starting with maybe $.10 up to $.23 then gradually seeing it drop to $.01. My guess is they sold the 100,000,000 for an average price of $.05 cents raking in about $5,000,000. If they had given us the $1,000,000 we would have issued another 100,000,000 and opened a new factory.
-
The reason these pumpers only give you a fraction of what they say is because its ONLY paper to us so why not just keep printing 100,000,000 certs for $50,000? And many OTCs in fact do that because they know they will never make products or profits.
-
If we depleted the entire 4.5 billion in TRAUNCHES as they call them, GNGR would have sold 45 blocks of 100,000,000 shares GNGR would have raised $2,250,000. Knowing we are legit I guess all I had to do was actually do that and keep issuing 100,000,000, raise the $2,250,000 fill orders and then maybe reduce the shares down  the following year. If I knew what I know now, I should have done that. But I did not want to be classified as a diluter. BUT in a way it would have worked out because we would have grown, made more sales and reduced the shares as the price rose. So what I though would have been dilution would have helped not hurt GNGR.

Well now that were STILL here and growing slowly Organically! Others have to face the music and authorities. Here is the recent article about the same person we gave 100,000,000 who then did not complete his end of the deal. Were here, were not in jail and keeping our nose clean. SURE many dont like that BUT to be honest, its about ME and THIS company not the person who bought $100 in GNGR who I don't even know who used their decision to do so. HELL in my radio interview I said "this is NOT a short term stock, If you're looking for a short term DO NOT BUY MY COMPANY STOCK. I said it so everyone herd DO NOT BUY GNGR STOCK!

I Xed out his name but you can also Google the SEC site about that ticker. Being a legit CEO of an OTC is not easy. In a sea of pumps and dumps, lies, fake news, intent, ifs and maybes, I had to say ENOUGH and not issue more shares or news or even think about the stock. If I posted we did $100,000,000 in sales it would not matter. Companies on the OTC posting losses of $20,000,000 with $0 revenue have shares well above $1.00 and even as high as $30+ per share and they make and sell nothing and have losses that they will never overcome simply because they are PUMPED!. So GNGR has shown small profits with NO debt. But that is not good enough to OTC investors, they want the lies and believe they can invest $100 in a $.0001 stock that when it rises to $1.00 they can be millionaires. SO far never met one person who had that happen too.
-
SO with that. I say GNGR is still here, SELLING and shipping worldwide and expanding. If its not fast enough for some then I dont know what to say.
-
I have been asked over the years if someone else should be the CEO. To that I say OK! But you won't have controlling interest in the shares and YOU have to sign an agreement that YOU are 100% responsible for the actions taken to BETTER GNGR relieving me of any resposibilities for any actions taken that promotes GNGR, I have to laugh because so far when I say that, they never call me back. The reason is simple, people want to control the shares and the sell off billions on a PUMP and DUMP while (me) the current CEO takes the heat when the SHTF. As with most OTCs that are raising $$$MILLION$$$ on pump and dumps, the news posted that people read almost always never read the legal print. Here is an a sample of what is posted on many OTC news releases.
